DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Introduction

Adulty respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available on or through Adulty infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL or card title and ID).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. How to Submit a Report

You can use the built-in "Report" button on any content card and select "DMCA / Copyright Infringement" as the reason. For formal legal notices, please also email:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or any judicial district in which the Service may be found if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

5. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimer

Adulty is a directory and discovery platform. We do not host the majority of media files linked from content cards. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material from our platform.
